Purchased VIP and paypal went through

I purchased VIP and I've tried re-downloading the loader multiple times and wiping the data file on my PC.

Nothing I do will give me the option to "Download and install" the external files after I login to the loader. It shows my profile avatar and

username, but the if I click "Buy subscription" it takes me to the sub page where it shows Rocket League and LOL subs, if I try to add another subscription, it just gives me an error and a support admin email "Feretorix@abv.bg" and that email is nonexistent. 

So: 4 days after buying VIP I still don't have any access to external, and can't install any VIP scripts. No admins have replied to my help ticket, and the available emails are ghost emails. Anyone?
