Hosting, I could, perhaps sort that out.
But we need to stop getting DDOS'ed by other forums.

I've erased the MX record for now, and hidden all the required IP addresses.
But at the moment the DDOS is actually "humanized" going "trough" CloudFlare javascript checks.
I've switched to another anti-ddos provider for the moment and managed to stop one attack, we will see how it goes in the future.

What dou you mean by that? is broly holding back his L# crack till EB is public or something like that?
All other forums use CloudFlare, they don't seem to have the same issue.
Something on my side should be tweaked, changed.

It's not really about CloudFlare, but about server IP being leaked.
CloudFlare had exploit that skids could use to resolve server IP, but they patched some time ago.
Server IP is probably being leaked by some subdomain (like email/ftp)
You can try some of this thing if you haven't already.
Tweak all setting in CloudFlare panel/app whatever, and basically switch on all protection they offer.
Ask your host for new IP after tweaking cf settings.
CloudFlare protects your IP, but like I said, if it is leaked ( and it is) they can't do anything, attacks will go directly to the host IP.
Add reCaptcha for accessing the website, it will help to mitigate DDoS (mandatory, not only suspicious IPs)
It sucks it will help.
I do not know if you are running email server or not, but if you are, place it on another server if you can.
For other protocols like ftp (email too probably) and similar, you can set up CloudFlare protection (DNS settings) and in future use direct IP to access them.
You already blocked some IPs/regions/countries and it didn't help much, but doesn't hurt to block more, especially east Asian regions as most botnets are located there.
some ideas to help you.
