I think you should either refund him or give him a new account if the old one is not working
If it's from a give away he has nothing to refund, it was his giveaway thus he should be happy he got anything at all.

Thank you for this but he is a cold man. He gives away an account that he knows it will be recovered instead of giving a **** account unverified that won't be recovered, i just wanted an unverified to play but asking it to him is asking too much. It's one of the type of person that only cares for money, he just don't care about the human part.
