I managed to install Riot Decode , but now I have a problem. I can't see inibin files within the folder Spells. And this happens with all champions.

Am i doing anything wrong? Are the files in other path? and my last question. Did Riot patch this to hide them?

Yeah sadly you cant get .inibin from current patch, but you can get from LoL's version 3.5, i don't know what you want to do but it may help you downloading the version 3.5
