Feature explanation:

 

• TeamPower Tracker - _{script which takes both sides current power and displays it at the top.}
  • Enabled - _{toggle this to enable/disable the script.}
  • Track in X range - _{specify the range at which team power will consider champions to calculate the total power bar.}
  • Scoreboard Key - _{specify the key on your keyboard with which one you open the scores.}

 

 

Since it is official script, it is pre-downloaded from the Loader, you can check the source code here.

does it will count enemys in the fog of war too ? or not ?
