They are pretty safe banwise but I do provide a 30 days warranty along with it, this does exlude getting banned for cheating tho xD

Yes paypal is the main payment I accept ^^
It cant really be taken back since you will pretty much be the very first owner of the account, you'll verify the email to your email and change the password making you the first real owner of the account
