Does anyone know how to get through two-step verification, in other words getting to an email with only the email's password?

 

I've tried many ways like searching for facebook user and verifying the email to me with such information, but that's a bit too complicated, so I thought there must be a way to get through gmail/hotmail without having an authorized IP
