open a support ticket with League, they will tell you if you were banned for botting or hacks. 

 

i got banned for botting once and unrankedsmurfs instantly refunded me. idk about swift smurf tho.

I will not refund him for the plain reason he's trying to use my website ToS for a direct bought account and even if we go that way I provide 30 days warranty if he were to actually have done his research if he wants to use my website he should checked the item description aswell.  I never stated anywhere when the trade was made that I give him the site's warranty or any warranty at all.

Hello, if you want to have a long term running business model you should be loyal to your customers. Since the ban was clearly for a botted account, it's fair to replace the account with a new one for that same customer.

 

In your site nowhere is specified a 30 day period. I would like to see right now nicksep refunded or either with a replaced account. Thank you in advance.

As i've said before I'm not giving a sad kid who stalks anything.

 

He's litterly the most **** customer I've ever had. And it doesn't state 30 days anymore indeed as I scaled it down to 21. But just ban me or whatever im doing my real job. I'm not looking to do smurf selling long term 

Fair to replace? To a person like him? Please the entire fulcrum botting community knows what for ****ty person he is he's not getting anything.
