False positives in virus detection?

I scanned the loader of GoS and virustotal say me have 5 hidden virus on the exe...

 

Is secure execute this loader? I get some virus in my pc like trojans after i run this?

Yeah It's safe i had the same problem as it coming up as a trojan but its fine
