When i hold down space, my caractor just moce around randomly and basic attack the enemy, he don't use anyspells. What can the problem be? I have tryed with aatrox and Ryze

press F7 -> harass&combo -> uncheck all options

did you try installing all the requirements? do you have the correct script for the champion your using? did you try turning off anti virus?
