AS stated i am looking for an Account with the following :

All champions

I do not need any skins at all so if possible as low on skins as possible

Unranked

With more than 4 Rune pages

Almost All runes

If possible

Unverified

Unranked

Level 30 Of course

No idea if all the options are viable to get such an account but dont be afraid hit me with offers in pm or here just wanna get back into Gaming some League
