Problem when starting Loader

I had already used Gos time ago, I installed all necessary programs and it worked correctly. I stopped for a while to use it.
For where I went to do a test again, it does not work anymore, I open with a nomal administrator it even loads in the process execution of the system, but the program does not open, it is locked loader in the screen of login and password. Nothing, already delete the folder in% appdata% and nothing.
  And to try again I have to go in the task manager of the windows system and delete the loader, I have it again and nothing.
Yesterday, I persevered doing this procedure, so many times that an hour worked. But today it will not be one way.
 
If someone can help me, teamview or whatsapp would be best.
