Hellooo, I tried to download the GoS Loader but Chrome says it's infected and I've scanned the .exe file with virustotal and it ggoes 32 / 63

Thank you for reporting that, I will send Loader.exe to all the vendors which detect it by a mistake so they can clear their false positive alarm.
It seems AV's started hating Loader since it started injecting GoS EXT into different processes than League of Legends

almost every bot/hacks/cheats will be detected as viruses, just false positives

False Postivies because of the encryption \ obfuscation the file is safe to use
