Shift Menu and F7 Menu Not Showing

As the title shows.  I recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10.  Everything was working just fine on Windows 7.  Now that I have Windows 10, the shift menu and F7 menus no longer show when I'm in a LoL game.  The scripts are injecting just fine, just can't modify them because I can't see the menu.  I have already tried deleting the MenuElement.save file in the Common folder.  That didn't work.  I have also done a fresh install as well, still not loading.  If anyone can assist me with this, I would much appreciate it.  Thanks.
