I bought GoS EXT without knowing it is not supported on Windows 10 1703. I have tried everything to get it to work including help from several members on forums here. Could I please get a refund? I can not use it for now unless I get a new computer or a new Windows update comes out or something later on.

Thanks Chally...i know this now but i did not know I had creators update at the time of purchase...I realized after I tried everything I could to get GoS to work and after even screen sharing my computer with staff from here couldn't get it to work that is when I realized I had the 1703 version

my vip subscription is almost just about over and I haven't got any reply from feretorix so I basically just lost $12 didn't get to use it at all.
