Hi there,
since GoS EXT is not working on Windows 10 version 1703 (and i can't downgrade my operating system) can I change my VIP subscription from EXT to Internal ?

Sure you can downgrade, lol
press WIN+i -> Updates & Security -> Restoration -> Back to an older Version Windows 10
