The orbwalker as tilted is explaining is missing alot of CS.
This is a huge issue for me as I'm playing in high Diamond/Masters and missing CS in the early game is gonna hurt you in the late run due to you will not have items.

 

How can I solve this issue?

nah fr though there should be a drawing option , just last hit when it tells you you can. Not too hard.

Why are you using internal in diamond you're just gonna get banned?

what do you mean by missing cs? does it like try to take it early or just too late if thats the case you can adjust the speed in the menu i guess
