Game is freezing in Loading Screen

Hello, every time i GoS LoL freezes in the Loading screen for 1-5 mins and sometimes i wont start at all. Also another bug i have, is that sometimes my Orbwalker does not have a Target Selctor, so it wont attack enemys and when i reload it again takes 1-5 mins or crashes the game. ( I have tried every Orbwalker and it has happend with all )
