looks like after the 7.18 patch, which was supposedly big we've gotten some issues after the update, like for example skin changers not working, predictions working abit off, and the thing that most ppl dont realize, slower orbwalkers on every orbwalker, which is not that noticable but if u pay attention to it, its there, and its bothering me, and its defo slower, is it that not everything is updated yet and we got an unfinished release? and/or what exactly happend after this patch, and is anybody working on fixing all the issues that came with this patch? thanks for answering, prefer experienced person to answer.

its supposed to, as the name probably suggest predict enemies movement and shoot a skillshot to the destination where the highest chance of it landing is.

Also, im not saying this is completely unusable, or unplayable with, its just off, its worse than it was, especially the fact the auto attacks on iow cancel animations so much slower than before, makes me sad.
