notworking twistedfate script support inspired v 14

Hi, i installed TwistedFate script, that is not working. Actualy i don´t see any error message, but the script doesn´t load. In answers people said something about inspired v 14, but i don´t know ho to use it or what is it. I also created the script file "testscript1.lua" and put there requirements, but still not working. When I start a game i see normal menu (f7) and also orbwalkers menu, but still didn´t managed to make the script running. Can you give me some advice please?
