External = maybe safe

Scripting in general isnt safe anymore, riot's anticheat is way over everyones mind

Bro, it doesn't matter what you choose.. cheating = bans. Just a matter of when. This is universal, learn it. embrace it.. I welcome bans personally, means i'm trying. 

(this is my VERY opinionated stance)

Riot is a billion dollar company, they WILL detect cheaters because it's beneficial for their PR.. 
To maximize how much money they get, (since scripters who get banned usually pay money on another account for a champion)
They ban in waves. Internal is auto detected, so you'll get banned rather quickly, IT's expected. But the purpose for it is to pair it
with a real account your leveling and just ride the wake of the scripter up ELO. 
Externals have been detected twice, It went like.. a year or so + undetected then a ban. 
Security update, ban, security update.. and now were fine for now.. But expect a ban.. followed by a security update.

cheating in online games, it's a cat and mouse game.  Know your role, and have fun.
Don't play on an account you don't want, at some point, to be banned. 
Play on smurf accounts (can buy them for like 5-6$) and then go ****ing ham in ranked and have fun until they catch you. then repeat

Hello of course you will be banned i have been banned like 20 times.

 

If you use internal you will be banned in 2-3 days or in some hours, with external if you use "low importance" scripts like a autoult for lux or card select for tf you will never get banned, i have been using card selector on my smurf acc for almost 2 years and no problems, but if you use stuff like auto-farm, combo-attack, oberwalker, etc you will be banned 100% for sure

 

my recommendation is to use smurfs accounts to use big cheats just to get funny and use small cheats like card selector for tf in main acc, im diamond 3 actually and never get banned.
