I have a 3rd party antivirus/firewall program. I disable it and everything yet it still wont work..... when i go to windows firewall it says "my third party program is controlling this" so im not really sure where to go from here

Oh, no i thought you meant for that insert you just posted. For the download, the only options i have are Resume, more info, and cancel. Resuming, just results in another failed attempt to download "network error". If i show in folder theres not much i can do in that since its not fully downloaded.

So please download on another PC.
I belive you have pendrive etc.

I don't have another PC, also one note is that i had downloaded this before (probably 4-6 months ago) and had no issues with it. Only this time have i had issues... if this continues, is there a way i could get a refund considering I can't even use the service?

Yes, ive tried Internet Explorer vs Google Chrome... doesnt make a difference halfway through it just says download interrupted even though i have my firewall and antivirus and what not turned off for the download.
