The menu doesnt show because im on 1709 of windows.
I went through the support forums and it seems to be a common problem.
The only fix is to reinstall windows at an earlier version which i do not want to do.

Can a staff member just tell me where to go for the refund? like wtf their should be a big header saying incompatible with x version of windows...
