Considering this isn't posted in the external section I'll assume it's internal. Internal is fully detected. The second you inject it the first time they know and will ban you within a few days/weeks.
If you're using external then most likely you've used some other tool in the past, used a purchased account or something else was to blame. Could also be that you got repeatedly reported and riot investigated and banned manually but that's less likely.

Yes,External still safe.Internal isn't.
