External is not detected and hasn't been since last summer.
It has to use keyboard/mouse to input actions to the game so isn't as good as a 'hold button to win game' type script but it's the only safe way to cheat in league so it's not like there's much alternative. It's best used for things like quick reactions (instant cleanses, perfectly comboing skills based on reaction time, etc) or tracking extra information (showing enemy dash paths, showing where wards are, tracking cooldowns, etc)
