Hello, I was wondering the best way to avoid a ban due to a recent ban of my main I hope not to get my new one banned aswell so if anyone has any suggestions please help.

Use external - Internal is a guaranteed ban if you inject it even once. It's only for use on hacked/cracked accounts. External is the only way to cheat safely in league.
