I sent a PM to Feretorix when he back will fix your issue. I'm sorry for this problem. Also don't worry for lost days, Feretorix will add your lost days. Thanks for understanding.
I rather just have a refund at this point. Not looking to renew every time my subscription expires and expect to wait over a month. Garbage.
