I know that buying VIP is completely broken on this website and that I would have to make a new account to get another 30 day sub for external (I canceled the invoice). But, is there anyway that I can paypal someone to get it on this account instead of making a new one?

This is the error that this site has had forever: https://gyazo.com/cf...9bf148c2612d859 And I no longer have an invoice. Therefore, the only way for me to get External is for me to make a new account, or, it is given to me manually after I pay a staff member directly.
