Anyone only use External for utilities?

I'm not interested in skill shot dodgers or any of that. Just a script that keeps track of enemy cooldowns and shows last seen position of enemies and makes your screen red when you're getting ganked, crap like that.

 

1) So are there external scripts like that and 2) anyone use them and know the ban rate?
