go to add or remove programs or apps & features 

find the section microsoft visual c++ 2... redistr

this whole section should look likes this if you have more deleted if you less install the one you dont have simple as **** get it done **** !!!

Then Restart The Toaster.......................

OMG NOTEPAD++ ERROR THEN IT CLOSES INSTEAD OF NOTEPAD ++ JUST USE discord.exe on the loader and have discord open like you should

any ways .......... another possible issue in the microsoft website  i press both it only install 64 bit go back RIGHT THEN only select 32 bit 

if this fixed you ISSUE then Shoot out a comment on the buttom HOAH!!!!
