Aristo, você poderia me ajudar? Eu tinha comprado uma assinatura vip por 7 dias esta semana, eu terminaria minha assinatura hoje, eu fui ao site e cancelei a assinatura de 7 dias por 5,00EUR e comprei a assinatura mensal de 10,00EUR. Meu pagamento foi aprovado e aparece nas compras que eu comprei a assinatura, mas está desativado. Como eu poderia resolver isso?
