So far I've gotten banned on 2 accounts and I've pinpointed the causes to some extent. One thing that is detected are certain programs. For example Notepad++ and Discord. These are some commonly used programs and are well known. Riot probably has some sort of screenshot of how the process is supposed to be and can detect if something's injected into those processes. I would advise you to inject into a 32 bit process that isn't commonly used or well known.

Another thing that is detected are certain champion scripts. I have multiple accounts that I've been solely using utility scripts on and played manually. These still haven't been banned, while the one account I used Auto 3.0 while playing a few Ezreal games got banned within a couple days.

I also haven't gotten banned on an account where I used WinRate Lucian script together with Gamsteron Orbwalker. This further leads me to believe that champion scripts that use prediction can be detected. The Lucian script uses pretty much no prediction which is most likely why the account hasn't been banned yet. Unlike the Ezreal script which relies heavily on prediction on his Q, W and R, WinRate Lucian W is cast for the double attack passive and doesn't require prediction, his Q is point and click and his E is just a dash to mouse pointer. As you can see it has absolutely no prediction.

So my safest tips would be:

1) Don't inject into well known and commonly used programs as there's a chance Riot has countermeasures for these.

2) Don't use champion scripts with prediction. If you want to be on the safe side, don't use any champion scripts at all. Orbwalkers seem to be safe in my experience as these just click on enemy champions. They don't involve any prediction.
