I doesn't use any refund token, there's like 20 champs, ready for play rankeds, I just can't play rankeds in NA, because my ping is too high, so i want to sell account, and i wont download NA patch rn, so i don't have any info about that, btw there's yasuo bought. and 3 refund coins. :^)
