You have to inject it to notepad++.exe process (or any 32bit program actually). 
If you don't know excatly what I am talking about, check this out below:
Also I am not sure if you're using EXT or INT as you opened this topic in INT section,
just in case you're using INT, change it to EXT of course.
(INT=Internal, EXT=External).
