every time I get the error message that "I have already purchased that item and it cannot be purchased again."
So far, I had only bought pass for 10 days. I would like to change to monthly!

Please create a new GoS account and buy 30 days, sadly it's a known bug and you have to do this if you want to buy 30days.

Hey there, We are sorry for your bad experience, I sent your problem to Feretorix He'll fix it, when he's back, and yes it works on Chinese server.
Please be patient and wait, you'll get your access. Don't forget, Feretorix isn't much active you need to wait a bit, thanks for your understanding.
