I have no idea how this happened but the VIP I bought 9 days ago disappeared today. I literally got 0 use out of it due to bugs and patches so all I got out of it was hours of following tutorials to set it up and this random VIP status removal. A snippet of my email here:

Can I either get a refund or a renewal? This is absolutely ridiculous I'm down 9 days and I'm back to being a regular member.

Hey did you cancel your subscription? If you did that's why. It does not renew itself auto but if you cancel it, you lose your access.
