Hey,
I was thinking about buying VIP.
But I was reading everywhere that you get banned in like 1-2 weeks.
Does this only apply to cheats who let you perfectly auto space or dodge for example?

Or does this also apply on scripts who just show you more information as an overlay?
Do they have a method of detecting an overlay?
I would be mostly interesting in such scripts anyway.

Thank you!

GoS Ext reads memory from the League process, it's not an overlay based on image recognition. Even if you don't load any script, the tool will still be attached and read memory from it.

There are several ways of detecting GoS, from certain system registries to recognizing the hidden process (keep in mind that the GoS process gets injected inside another process), checking what processes have an open handle for reading memory from the League process through OS calls, etc.

Actually, even if it was just an overlay and Riot wanted to detect it, it would be possible. It has happened in the past with Autohotkey scripts in other games and even a tool for orbwalking which was based on pixel recognition for League.

Hi, weird question..

Is it possible to bypass attaching Cheat Engine to League of Legends?

I used to make simple tool that sets the float value of camera to zoom out for what number i want.
I don't play league anymore just wondering if there's a new method of getting bypassed and attaching cheat engine to manipulate memory

So do scripts who are praised as undetectable and actually are because they are not public and really expensive, have a different technique of not getting recognized by league and are undetectable bc of this and only get detectable after getting reported to riot?

This is a more complex topic than can be explained in a forum post. Id recommend reading up on anti-cheats and forums like unknowncheats.
