That's weird did you disable anything on the forum? I'll pm our admin to solve your issue anyway but make sure you don't cancel anything.(there's no auto renewal)

I cancelled it right after the payment but since there isn't any auto renewal I activated it again.

Yes that was the problem there's no auto-renewal even the store says before purchase it and cancelling it causes to lose the access but the admin will active it back when he gets online.
