First make sure you don't have any antivirus enabled, windows defender, kaspersky or type of softwares.
And uninstall if you have Web companion.
Install ProtonVPN for free: https://protonvpn.com/download
Connect to a server and open the loader, it should be fine.
There is no other way we can solve this issue.
