If I play on my smurf acc and get banned, then if i create another account or switch to my main acc, will i get banned immediately, e.g. HWID, IP ban?

Hello, riot only bans the account you cheat on, not the other accounts you don't cheat. So you can enjoy on a smurf account without worrying the ban because EXT is safe for over 2 years.
