Hello. I paid for my subscription via crypto on 24 January and was told to wait a few days as the activation is manual. The same day I paid for the subscription with my card and it activated. 10 days have passed, the subscription I paid from the card has expired, and the subscription I paid via crypto is still not activated. Where is my subscription that I paid for via crypto?
