What is Gentleman module? It is easy!
When game is started, what you usually do? Buying Dorans, Pots... and saying "Good luck and have fun!" or "GL'n'HF" or such!
When game is ended, you usually do? Saying "ggwp" and "/d"
When you dying, what you usually say? Right! "LAGG!!!" xD

So, Gentleman module will automatically say all those phrases for you! But, it is not all functions of this module...
If enemy burned flash, module will say "vay no fl 859" or "adc no sums" or everything like that!
If enemy had slain drag, module will say "drag 1151"
and so on and so on.

I'm sure once the api comes out, all of your suggestions can be implemented
