There is no need to make such team because
1) API will be released soon.
2) Configs aren't hard to make

true, imo there is no need for config developers , we will need script developers once the api is released

I believe that one "config maker" would be enough to make configurations for the whole team. No need to make a team full of them as they might not be the best players.
