Champion:Kog'Maw
Features: E,Q,W,R combo. R harass/ when killable.  Mana manager for R.

 

Champion:Jinx

Features: W,E, combo. Q switch from when harassing back to csing. Smart E.(some the jinx scripts ive seen just throw the chompers where ever it wants). Base ult. Kill steal ult.
 

 

Champion:Soraka
Features: Auto W when below 50%, auto R when below 25% with adujustable features, like on how many champs reuiqred for it to be used. Good Q harass, and placement. Q,E combo. 

 

Champion:Nautilus. (both sup, and top)
Features:Q,W,E combo. Would be awesome if Q would check for minions between nautilus and the enemy champ before being used.  E on last hit minions. E kill steal.
 

Champion:Fiora
Features: Q, E combo.  Auto W on stun, or knock up skills.  R when enemy champ below 35% hp.  Q Harass.
 

Done by Date: whenever you awesome people can, I'm not in too much a hurry .

I believe such scripts exist already, developers will soon update their scripts so it is eligible to use
