Yes, he was activated. Earlier in the game, the F7 was disabled as you ask. He wore the combo yes, but often (mostly) he did not use.

One thing you can add is Q logic like Playtus, champion moves and activates with Q to land those edges more often. To bad hes script produces a strange sttutering framerate problem.

you mean add a harass feature to move yourself to deal max damage of Q?

Idk is kinda strange for example, when Playtus Darius Is in range chasing someone to hit Q it stars activating, yours is like it only does when hes hugging the enemy.
 

When he does Q and he's 2 close from the enemy it will auto move back to do a perfect Q hit and make that person bleed and take the extra damage.

 

So if target is reachable it does Q and if hes 2 close from the enemy it will back away automatically at a perfect distance from the hit, even while hes backing away automatic and the enemy moves forward       it stops walking back and you continue forward for the hit.

ya, it's harass feature, when in combo, you never move back to let your enemy out of your atk range
