How about:
Auto Q Barrels when there's enemies in range and they'll die
Lasthit with Q
Show range of linking on barrels

 

DBD: Why is this even a thing?

why not auto q enemy if they will die Doge

 

and LOL itself already show you the range of barrels :fappa:
