语言文件无法显示的修正方法

有许多人反映：下载了最新的语言文件却无法打开。

经过我的多次测试，发现是编码原因导致的！

修正方法：用转码器（我用的是NOTEPAD++）来让编码变成UTF8

这样就可以在游戏中显示了！（繁体没有测试，繁体同志成功后可以盖楼~）

 

 

当然，官方的zh_cn也是一样没有转码

 

不知道这个论坛有没有加精呢？
