Go ingame and click video settings and change screen mode to borderless

Have you tried to reinstall the whole GoS? First delete all the folders inside GamingOnSteroids in %appdata% (press Windows button + R and search %appdata%)
The delete the loader.exe , download it again and test it please.

Try to open lol without gos, wait until minions start attacking each other and open GoS, lets see if it works.
