Yeah. I think I stuck. Lua is bad

I need someone to help me with it.

What I have in mind:

1) F11 - show/hide menu.
2) F12 - show/hide permashow

F11 menu is immovable, placed at {20,20} or somewhere in left corner.

Up and Down arrows: change selection to another point of menu.
Enter: activate BUTTON, change SWITCH, rebind KEY and so on.
Left and Right arrows: change of SLIDERS value, change of ROULETTE(STRINGLIST) values
ESC: back for one menu.

Currently I kinda stuck with it. Of course, I will continue, but at the moment I can't do anything. Only time will tell.
