What is GoS? It is an awesome tool. It is have super features, winch not really every script machine have - and they are bulit-in!
And now this perfect tool moving into... kind of wrong direction. No-no, don't get me wrong - GoS is awesome, a lot better than BoL, BUT - using the LUA engine - is a kind of last century.
In this topic I had compiled every my suggestion, and giving to you all - how GoS should look like in it's shining future.
Features:
* Out-game and In-game interfaces!
When Out-Game, you can easely tweak all settings of GoS, including built-in and user-made plugins (.dll's)!
No anymore you need to go inside of Custom game to change only one or two settings for comfortable games! It is all for you, ready and done!
When In-Game, you see a great overlay, like Steam or Evolve one! (both links clickable)
In-Game overlay have everything Out-Game menu have, no more, no less - with exception of, maybe, plugins, that is requries information from game itself.
* Disableable and customizable modules!
If you don't like standart HarassCombo tab, you can easely remove it by unchecking box nearby "HarassCombo.dll" file!
If you like the MicroScripts module, provided by someone else, you can easely activate it (both in outgame and ingame menus, this thing can-be activated and changed on-air!) through checking box after your favorite dll name!
Change tabs as you want, create new overlays, add a functions and remove one you don't use - it is in your hands!
* Script language - C#!
If you want to do custom script or custom DLL module - don't try to bother yourself with LUA! Use smart system of assemblies, provided by C#! Never forget how 'this variable writes', never do a stupid mistake with lowercase and uppercase commands!
With C# you are the Master of your scripts, and you command what to do, and how to do.
Provided by Official Library with all nessesary commands, you can control every aspect of the game, from your player to every enemy step! Literally!
Official library also provides a menu and tab-control, it provides a perfect drawing library and all the events you need to create your own REAL scripts!
* On-air assembly downloading!
You don't have a time to search for assemblies!? We already found a solution for you! Download it from in-game or out-game menu easely!
It is like L$, but with in-game support!
Of course that out-game menu will look kinda like this, but with many more options!
* EasyScriptâ„¢!
A system that allows you, even without knowledge of any programming or script language, to do awesome things and kind of really reliable scripts!
Look there for information about it
It is hard to describe what GoS really needs, but with implementation of all those options, it will be great tool, that is even more powerful than L$, easier than piece of pumpkin pie and... FREE!
Going to the path of BoL is kinda deadly way, as for my opinion. We need innovations. We must look to the future. We must build the Greatest.
